By accessing and using the Adstrome advertising platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Adstrome grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so.
Advertisers are responsible for all content and creatives served through the platform. You warrant that your ads comply with all applicable laws and do not contain malware, illegal content, or misleading information.
Publishers must ensure their traffic is legitimate and human. Any use of bots, click farms, or automated scripts to generate impressions or clicks is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without pay.
Advertisers must pre-pay for campaigns unless a credit line has been approved. Publishers will be paid according to the payment terms specified in their dashboard (e.g., Net-30), subject to a minimum payout threshold.
In no event shall Adstrome be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Adstrome is registered.
